Job Description

- Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot potential issues proactively.

- Implement and manage system upgrades and patches as required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology requirements.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system management.

- Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure‑related incidents promptly.

- Document infrastructure processes and maintain accurate system records.

- Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:

- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure within the energy industry.

- Strong knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem‑solving complex technical issues.

- Familiarity with cloud‑based infrastructure and virtualisation tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
