- Fixed term 12-month contract
- Part-time, 3 days a week which includes at least one weekend shift. Flexible start & finish times
- $32.62 / hour with additional weekend loading. Up to $11,000 in salary packaging available

About Better at Home (B@H)
The B@H service is an initiative that aims to deliver more healthcare within the patients' homes. The program facilitates home-based interdisciplinary service 7 days a week, that is goal-focused and time-limited. Patients are admitted to the program from any of the three Austin Health sites. The program has a grade 4 allied health team lead as well as a multidisciplinary team comprising nursing, medical and allied health professionals.
About the role:
The grade 3 AHA will work as part of the multidisciplinary team in B@H providing client-centred care to patients under the delegation of an allied health professional. This role will involve travel to patients' homes to provide therapy, maintain equipment and any client-management tasks that have been delegated by the allied health professional. The AHA will also undertake essential administrative tasks that are required to meet the needs of the patients or the program. The AHA will have access to robust supervision from an experienced allied health professional and a range of professional development opportunities to grow their skills and expertise. The AHA will be required to work weekend shifts alongside an allied health professional to ensure patient needs are met.
