Responsibilities

- Collaborating with managers, nutrition specialists, and front- and back-of-house teams on menu execution and dietary considerations.
- Showcasing culinary methods and providing guidance on cooking practices to team members.
- Preparing and cooking meals to high-quality standards.
- Communicating and upholding food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of kitchen staff.
- Managing food preservation techniques, including freezing and storage, to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Designing seasonal and innovative menus, forecasting ingredient usage, and evaluating kitchen staffing requirements.
- Overseeing the consistency, flavor, and presentation of dishes throughout the cooking process.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment.
