About the Role

As a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers about our products, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

About You and Your Skills
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
  • You have knowledge of beverages and enjoy engaging with customers, making you a go-to person for product advice.
  • While experience is valuable, it's your personality and passion for the liquor industry that will set you apart.
  • You are able to work on your feet for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reach for stock.
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
