We are now seeking a passionate Health & Safety Consultant to join our dynamic and growing consultancy team across Australia. In this role, you will:

- Partner with businesses: Directly engage with clients to understand their unique WHS needs and challenges.

- Develop tailored solutions: Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.

- Build strong client relationships: Visit clients across the Wellington region to provide on‑site support and guidance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- 2+ years of experience in Health & Safety, consultancy experience and exposure to high‑risk environments is highly desirable yet not essential

- Relevant qualifications: A minimum of a Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety.

- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

- A current driver's license – this is a field‑based role (a fleet vehicle or car allowance is provided)
