We are Smart Energy. Starting with just two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay, we have grown to have 20 Sales offices Nationwide, all within just seven years. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative gun to join our award winning team to support our growing customer base, within our inbound department.

Initially, this position will be casual, full-time hours based in our Byron Bay office, but it has the potential to become full-time permanent for the right candidate with endless progression opportunities.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in resolving technical issues through phone, email, and live chat, using simple and non-technical language
- Providing guidance to customers on how to maximize savings from solar and battery usage
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their solar installations
- Coordinating maintenance efforts and updating customers accordingly
- Improving our knowledge base to ensure continuous enhancement
- Collaborating with our outstanding Sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues
- This position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager.

You must have:

- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar
- Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office(Salesforce experience an added bonus)
