Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will develop detailed technical solutions, provide technical expertise, and ensure the overall technical solution aligns with the architect's solution and domain architecture framework.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the architect and solution designer to convert requirements/high-level solution design into architecture-aligned detailed technical solution design.
  • Identify downstream impacts on the solution.
  • Provide application development, maintenance, and end-to-end technical expertise.
  • Expertise in software architecture, low-level technical solution, visual design, and technical governance of applications and platforms.
  • Lead DevOps services and application development teams.
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of the Technical solution within a Squad (e.g., Employee Exp. or Customer Exp.).
  • Contribute to Architecture and Solution Design.
  • Input into sprint planning, risks, dependencies, and governance.
  • Manage delegated sign-offs from Principal Lead.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all developers within the assigned squad.
  • Represent the team at forums (e.g., WDP forum).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need in-depth technical knowledge within the automation space, strong stakeholder management experience, and a positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of the role.

The following skills may be beneficial:

  • Good communication skills to cater to diverse user bases with both business, financial, and technical backgrounds.
  • Experience in migrations, mergers, or acquisitions.
  • Strong IT Financial knowledge with an understanding of contract costings, Capex, and Opex concepts, and the ability to translate contract information into direct costing impacts.
  • Strong data analytics and information management skills.
  • Proven experience in translating technical requirements into working solutions.
  • Infrastructure knowledge with an understanding of concepts such as storage, virtualization, and vendor management.
