We currently require an experienced Light Vehicle Tyre Fitter for our Brockman 4 operations in the Pilbara region, 60km North West of Tom Price in WA:

- Based at Brockman 4
- FIFO from Perth, Albany, Busselton, or Geraldton
- 8:6 – 7:7 roster
- 12hr days only
- Team of 4 fitters
- Large single tyre bay with great facilities

Duties include

- Actively promoting a safety culture across site operations that targets zero harm to personnel and the environment
- Must be able to follow Otraco OBP’s and client rules, regulations
- Exposure to SAP, stocktakes and quotes
- Experience in running a Light vehicle workshop including LV, industrial and agricultural tyres up to 1400R24
- Prioritising and directing personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective manner
- Maintaining a safe and efficient workforce by providing constructive and positive feedback as well as provide initiatives for increased safety and performance
- Demonstrating a high level of supervision to ensure all safety systems are present
- Leading by example to ensure all personnel comply with site and company policies, procedures, instructions, and safety rules

About you

- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of tyre fitting experience on mine sites
- A Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy; AUR21916/ AUR21920
- A valid HR Driving licence
- Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
- Possess a high level of maturity, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously
