Our client is a leading independent commercial law firm with offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and SA and a diverse team of over 800 staff. With 90+ years of history, they provide strategic advice on major transactions, projects and complex disputes across Australia and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll join a collaborative Front-End Projects team advising on major construction and infrastructure mandates.

- Draft and review construction contracts, EPC documentation and procurement materials
- Conduct risk assessments and advise on compliance and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate project closings and support stakeholder engagement
- Advise cross-practice teams on related corporate and real estate matters

What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years' PQE in construction, infrastructure or projects law
- Strong organisation and ability to manage varied workloads
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
- A positive, team-based approach and can-do attitude
