About the role:

Baptistcare David Buttfield Centre, a 105-bed aged care facility in Gwelup, is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team.

You’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and homely environment by cleaning resident rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, supporting laundry tasks, and assisting with moving furniture and rubbish bins. Maintaining infection control and food safety standards, completing shift paperwork, and keeping the site tidy are essential parts of this role.

You are capable of managing a busy and physically demanding workload while remaining flexible and responsive to changing priorities. Your person-centred approach enables you to engage meaningfully with residents, and you relate to the aged care population with genuine empathy, understanding, and respect.
