The successful applicant will be expected to

- Be prepared to model, uphold and support the ethos of the College and its Core Values.

- Demonstrate understanding of school curriculum and assessment requirements, and current best practise in pedagogy.

- Display awareness of the need for the provision of pastoral care in the school environment and inclusive education.

- Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning in the Secondary School context.

- Be well-qualified with demonstrated experience, and excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.

- Be willing to be a productive member of our team and work collegially with the other members of the team.

- Adhere to the 'Staff Code of Conduct', 'Child Protection Policy' and the College 'Statement of Faith'.
