Short Description: Highly skilled Senior Workato Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade automation and integration workflows using the Workato platform. Strong experience of Workato Recipe building and be a good team player to work with upstream and downstream applications to ensure successful integrations get built according to standards. Should have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud automation tools to support scalable infrastructure and business process orchestration.

Role: Senior Workato Developer

Location: Melbourne

Salary range: AUD 108,571 - 119,893 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and implement backend services using Workato.
- Build scalable and maintainable APIs.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and frontend developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines creation and DevOps practices.
- Experience on GCP cloud platforms.

Qualifications

- ESSENTIAL — Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Workato development skills.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience.

PREFERRED

- Strong design and development exposure to Workato.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
