- Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience designing and delivering technical development programs.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. Reliance) and digital learning tools.
- Previous exposure to Lean systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
Why Join?
- Be part of a global capability team driving meaningful change.
- Work in a high-impact role with autonomy and variety.
- Join a company that values ethics, innovation, and service.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, safety, and operational excellence.
If you’re passionate about capability development and thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment, we’d love to hear from you.
