About the Position:
This is a newly created opportunity for a solicitor with 5‑8 years’ PQE to join as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel in their Melbourne office. You’ll lead strategic M&A, compliance, and governance matters across sectors, working closely with high‑calibre clients and collaborating with specialists in property, finance and disputes. There’s scope to shape a practice area, or grow your niche with autonomy.
Key Requirements:
- 5–8 years’ solid PAE in Corporate and Commercial law
- Strong experience in M&A advantageous
- Interest in cross‑sector industries and strategic legal thinking
- Team‑focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills
