Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all required documentation is correct and complete.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety, helping to streamline operations.
- Work closely with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Manage product returns and proactively resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain key reports, such as stock counts, shipment schedules, and inventory status updates.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills— you thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative to solve challenges.
- Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.
