About the Role

The purpose of the role is to:

- Manage risks of change across EF specifically in relation to major EF projects or Enterprise projects with significant impacts on EF risk profile
- Drive best practice in managing risks and risk culture across EF and embedding Group's NFR Framework
- Ensure EF is well managed in accordance with NFR Framework and Compliance requirements

What will your day look like?

As EF Business Governance & Controls– NFR Change & Well Managed Lead, you are accountable for:

Enterprise Finance (EF) change risk management

- Leading/ supporting NFR Change Risk Management Risk Framework requirements and NFR Assessments for Enterprise Fi nance Investment Slate change initiatives and BAU change projects (1st line Risk assessments and coordination with 2nd Line review and challenge) Establishing and maintaining Enterprise Finance governance processes over investment slate and BAU change initiatives

EF risk culture, communications and training

- Role model good risk culture and lead risk culture program to drive enhanced risk culture across EF

Best practice risk management

- Lead embedment of NFR change across EF. Build sustainable NFR model across EF, driving maturity in risk management. Provide challenge and support the Group NFR Transformation program

Lead delivery of well managed programs

- Includes oversight of Finance Policies and Procedures, Compliance and Risk Assessments for EF, efficient close out of risk and control issues.

External and internal audit relationship lead

- Responsible for working collaboratively with KPMG and Internal Audit to drive an efficient external and internal audit process

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

'Must have' knowledge, skills and experiences

- Worked in an internal audit, operational risk management 1st line or external audit function
- People leadership experience and skills
- Reporting to senior stakeholders (such as Audit Committees, Risk Management Committees etc)
- Responsible for implementation or enhancements to controls or control frameworks or process improvement

'Good to have' knowledge, skills and experiences

- Financial services/ Banking experience
- ASX experience
