About the Role

Join the as a F&B Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team of F&B attendants to deliver standout service across the restaurant, bar, events and In‑Room Dining. From greeting and serving guests, managing team rosters and labour budgets and providing recruitment and training to a diverse group of individuals. This is a hands‑on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in a supervisor or senior F&B role working in hotels or restaurants.

- Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.

- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).

- Warm, friendly and approachable manor.

- Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.

- Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
