The Position

We are seeking an experienced teacher of Flute to join our Music department from 30 January 2026.

This itinerant position may involve teaching in the Year 5 Instrumental Program as well as some private instrumental tuition and requires availability on a Tuesday.

This is a Casual position and at present the role is approximately 1.5 to 2 days, with the opportunity for that to grow. There is the possibility to conduct/direct small and large ensembles.

Applicants with a passion for, and skills in, conducting and directing concert bands and jazz combos are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A VIT registered teacher is preferred, but not essential
