The Role
At Infinite Aged Care, the Enrolled Nurse plays a vital role in meeting residents' daily needs and delivering high-quality, person-centric care to residents and families.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional wellbeing, and safety. Nurses are empowered to make decisions independently and are supported by the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.
They serve as role models by adhering to safe medication management practices, providing leadership, and fostering a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
About You
You should be able to think quickly, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues. We value attitude and aptitude, so prior aged care experience is not required, but you must:
- Be available for 14:45 to 22:00 shifts
- Possess a caring attitude and a commitment to resident wellbeing
- Align with our philosophy and values
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Possess a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be able to obtain one
- Be a positive team player, show initiative, and deliver quality work daily
