**Busy Bees at Bellmere** is a busy 120 place centre in the Moreton Bay region in the suburb of Bellmere. This centre is beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities including nurturing learning environments, engaging playgrounds with sandpits, bike tracks, balancing beams, teepee, chalkboard, water play features, nursery cot rooms with starry night ceiling lights and a dedicated room to support with emotional regulation.**Essential Qualifications*** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).* A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.* First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.**Essential Skills and Attributes:*** Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.* Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.* Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.* Ability to work as part of a diverse team.* Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.**Desirable Skills and Knowledge:*** Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.* Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.* Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.* Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.* Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.**If you aren't an exact match still apply****Apply Now**Please submit your resume via the "Apply Now" button which will direct you to our internal application site.
