THE OPPORTUNITY

Hands-on and dynamic, this role is critical in championing the receipt of all goods delivered to the Hospitality, Events and Operations Department in an efficient and safe manner at our Rosehill Gardens venue.

Key focus areas of the role are:

- Maintaining the good working condition and cleanliness of the loading dock, dock storage facilities, cool rooms, storerooms and office areas as per the HACCP food safety programs and WHS/OH&S
- Running food to relative outlets according to the volume and request
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Person’s role
- Previous experience in a Food and Beverage environment essential
- Ability to implement and record all relevant information on documented paperwork for food safety & HACCP program records
- Current forklift license (preferable)
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety guidelines
