About the Position

The Investigator performs the functions of an Inspector for the purposes of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023. The role makes enquiries, undertakes compliance cases and participates in pro‑active compliance activities to identify non‑compliance.

The position undertakes a broad scope of duties, including:

- Conducts inspections and investigations to establish the facts of matters.

- Prepares written documentation, reports and accurate case notes regarding compliance issues and investigations.

- Recommends and facilitates approved enforcement actions in line with approved policies.

- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Selection Methodology

The successful applicant will be required to complete a National Police Clearance.
