Your role - Senior Export Operator

- Exercise initiative in a business environment.

- Participate in workplace communications.

What you'll need to succeed

- Senior Export Operator experience ideally within the international freight forwarding industry

- Exposure to industry software and proven Excel skills would also assist your application.

- Strong problem‑solving skills

- Confident in conflict resolution

- Advanced negotiation and relationship skills

- High level customer service skills

- Positive and professional attitude

- High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment
