Credit Controller Role
We are expanding our Credit team and seeking a Credit Controller to minimize financial risk by collecting overdue debt and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection of outstanding debt via targeted communication strategies
- Management of customer credit limits based on risk profile and spend
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Maintenance of debtor's ledger, including accuracy and clearance of unmatched items
- Resolving queries related to debt collection effectively
- Improving systems capability and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in Credit/Collections/AR role
- Extensive customer engagement experience, especially focused on customer service
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience in influencing outcomes
