About the Role:

Our Counter Managers are responsible for building a loyal customer base through providing an enriching and nurturing experience. The right candidate will be proactive in taking initiative and will have a passion for empowering our customers to awaken their natural glow, through our mindful rituals that benefit skin, body and mind.

Qualifications

Your skills and experience:

- Certificate IV in Retail Management, or a proven retail background, skincare experience is an advantage.
- A passion to impress our customers with a unique "Jurlique" experience.
- Dedicated to achieving sales targets by understanding the customers needs and confidently communicating to the customer the correct ritual for their unique skincare needs.
- An operational mindset and experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Be able to learn and maintain a high level of product and ingredient knowledge.
- Possess outstanding initiative, drive and the ability to work alone or in a team.
