- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations

- Strengthen internal controls and align practices with risk and governance frameworks

- Oversee fund accounting activities including reconciliations, unit pricing, and regulatory reporting

- Drive process improvements and support financial systems implementation

- Lead and mentor finance staff while supporting strategic planning and acting as delegate for the Group Financial Controller

About you

You are a seasoned finance professional with deep fund accounting expertise and a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk. You bring a commercial mindset, leadership capability, and a passion for improving financial processes and systems.

Specific skills and experience include:

- CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting or Finance, and 10+ years' experience in accounting and finance, ideally within financial services

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger processes

- Experience in fund accounting, including regulatory reporting and unit pricing

- Proven ability to lead teams and build trust across stakeholders

- Can-do attitude, optimistic outlook, and a collaborative leadership style
