- Validate applications and minimise customer impact through negotiation
- Support access coordination and customer communications in the field
- Maintain data integrity and provide trend reports
- Proactively explore continuous improvement opportunities
What You'll Bring to this role:

- Previous experience in administrative support or a customer service role
- Experience with customer-driven work requests and issue resolution
- Background in stakeholder coordination within a technical or regulatory setting
- Strong understanding of electricity networks and vegetation safety obligations
- Familiarity with vegetation management and power network systems
- High level of computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Your career with us:
