Be a part of a dedicated, innovative team and build your career. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join our Clients and Markets team in Canberra. Initially providing cover for a six-month parental leave, focused on the public sector, then working across the Advisory, Risk and Regulatory Practice Stream. You will be joining a high-performing team and be instrumental in delivering our client and market goals. This group works for high-profile clients and values collaboration and business development support.

You will be someone eager to learn, enjoy working with diverse people, challenge the status quo, and be energized by delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role offers valuable experience and involves:

- Assisting with coordinating materials for tenders, proposals, capability statements, practice profile submissions, and lawyer profiles;
- Researching market trends, industries, competitors, and prospective clients to support business development;
- Coordinating internal and client communications, logistics, and administration for events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings;
- Maintaining the firm's website content for practice groups and managing client communications and thought leadership opportunities;
- Participating in business development projects to improve practices and processes.

Skills & Experience

To succeed, you should:

- Build relationships across all levels as a collaborator and connector;
- Be curious, ask insightful questions, and listen effectively;
- Approach work proactively with enthusiasm and positivity;
- Possess a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline, or relevant experience in business development or marketing;
- Have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities;
- Work well under pressure and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

The Clients and Markets Team

This team provides comprehensive marketing and business development services, including brand awareness, media, research, opportunity identification, pursuits, bid management, and client account management. It is a nurturing environment for emerging talent.
