About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Conference & Events team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service across our event spaces. From greeting and serving guests to keeping the space polished and welcoming, you’ll help create memorable moments with every shift. This is a hands‑on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.

Skills & Experience

- 1+ years’ worth of experience as a F&B attendant or Waitstaff in restaurants or Hotels.

- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).

- Warm, friendly and approachable manor.

- Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.

- Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe.

- Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas.

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.

- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

- Contribute to team goals and uphold QT’s high standards of service.
