Community Occupational Therapist

Location: Joondalup, Australia. Sector: Medical & Nursing. Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 + Super + benefits.

Stream Healthcare has partnered with leading NGOs and private organisations across Perth to recruit Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience.

About the Role

- Provide functional assessments, cognitive, equipment prescription, home modifications, and more.
- Have a diverse caseload - or tailor it to your specialty.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions across the community, in homes, schools, facilities, and more.
- Work autonomously with support from leaders and multidisciplinary clinicians weekly, or when needed.
- Promote clients' independence and celebrate each and every win.

What we need

- AHPRA Registration.
- Current and unrestricted working rights.
- Current driver’s licence (unrestricted).
