What you'll bring:

- Trade qualification in Automotive Body Repairs
- Proven experience in prestige vehicle body repairs and assembly
- Strong understanding of bodyshop procedures and insurance company processes
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
- Ability to work well in a team and mentor apprentices when required
- Strong time management skills
- Current Victorian driver's licence

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out assembly work in line with job cards, factory repair methods, and SOPs
- Stripping and storing parts with care and accuracy
- Identifying additional work during disassembly and completing relevant documentation
- Ensuring quality checks are completed before moving vehicles to the next stage
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Using special tools, diagnostic, and service equipment effectively
- Assisting with training apprentices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaising with estimators and workshop controllers to prepare accurate repair quotes
