About the Centre:

We are a new, purpose built centre that offers 68 places. We are a dedicated and passionate group of Educators who live and breathe the Affinity way. Why choose us? We believe in creating Shining Stars with the potential for continuous personal growth within the service. We cater for children in the Nursery age group, toddlers and school ready preschool which spans over 4 beautiful rooms each backing onto our spacious purpose built playground to offer indoor - outdoor play. Our Preschool and Prep rooms new facilities involve a STEAM section, tech station and interactive learning hub. We can’t wait to welcome you to our wonderful team.

About the Role

- Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
- Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

- An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable)
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
