Stake is looking for a Product Creative to join us at our Sydney CBD HQ with a flexible hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

- Define and evolve a cohesive product creative system covering everything from micro-interactions and animations to brand visuals and in-product storytelling

- Craft compelling creative concepts with an in-depth understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experience

- Translate brand and product concepts into system level details for adoption into the component library, with clear guidance to empower product teams

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product propositions, features and functionalities

- Proactively identify opportunities to help improve our brand and visual language to further enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiatives

- Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessions

- Be an advocate for creative thinking within the product organisation, helping others to think more creatively and strategically about the customer experience
