About the Role

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administrative Services Coordinator within our North East Community Mental Health service to make a meaningful difference in mental health care delivery.

In this role, you will coordinate essential administrative services combining administrative expertise with the satisfaction of supporting mental health services that directly impact community wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- coordinate administrative functions across the service
- provide high-level administrative support to clinical and management teams
- manage and lead administration staff
- manage correspondence, scheduling and documentation systems
- liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- support quality improvement initiatives and compliance requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organisational and communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have an understanding of confidentiality requirements.
