Mackay has the best of both worlds with large shopping centres, riverside cafes and beachside resorts, accommodation costs at a fraction of larger capital cities with a thriving economic infrastructure supported by sugar cane, coal mining and tourism.
Practice information:
One of the longest running GP practices in Mackay with 10 GPs on the roster and having recently relocated into stunning, new purpose-built facilities. The practice is mixed billing and has a guiding philosophy of quality patient care. The clinic offers a range of services from general practice, travel medicine, pre-employment medicals, sports, skin and minor surgery procedures.
After Hours requirements:
No requirement to work after hours.
Candidate profile:
There is an immediate opportunity for an unrestricted VR General Practitioner to join on a full or part-time basis where it is envisioned you will assume the patient load of a departing GP whilst continuing to build your own practice.
