HGV Class 1 Driver (Tamworth)

Type of Job: Temporary

Staffline is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers with immediate starts for our Food Distribution client based in Tamworth. **Good hours - Ongoing into 2026** Clean Trunking Work with curtain sider. Brand New Fleet.

Shifts

- 2 x 22:00 Sun-Thu
- 2 x 22:00 Mon-Fri
- 2 x 00:00 Mon-Fri
- 2 x 12:00 Mon-Fri
- 2 x 15:00 Sun-Thu
- 5 x 16:00 Mon-Fri
- 1 x 11:00 Mon-Fri
- 2 x 23:00 Tue-Sat
- 2 x 01:00 Mon-Fri
- 1 x 21:00 Sun-Thu

Paye Rates

- Weekday/Weekend Rotas available (5 days):
- Monday to Friday Days - £16.95 per hour
- Monday to Friday Nights - £18.81 per hour
- Saturdays - Day £18.31 / Night £20.17 per hour
- Sundays - Day £19.49 / Night £21.35 per hour

£50 Bonus for working both Saturday and Sunday

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 driver, the work will involve Class 1 Depot Trunking work delivering food around the UK. Our client is offering long shifts with average 11+ hours and Part time HGV drivers are also welcome.

Assessment Required - Ongoing work available until the end of the year. Shifts booked a week in advance.

Our Perfect Worker

As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have:

- 6 months HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
