Brilliant Lifts Sydney is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our office in Wetherill Park, NSW. Position Details
• Position: Office Manager
• Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
• Salary: $85,000 per year
• Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Organise and supervise office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Supervise, train and support office staff in their daily duties.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
• Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Administer payroll and maintain personnel records as required.
• Coordinate with external service providers, vendors and building management.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitor office expenses, and track financial records.
• Implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualification Requirements
• Relevant Diploma or degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Experience Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in office administration or office management.
• Previous experience supervising staff is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with budget management, payroll, and HR processes is advantageous.
