Job Description

* Respond to Customer and Business Partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e. Telephone, Email and Webchat.

* Adhere to shift and task schedule according to periodic rosters.

* Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.

* Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise.

* Participate in continuous improvement activities.

* Complete compliance training within the set timeframe.

* Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.

* Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.

* Identify and alert Risk Management about any risks within the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Graduate Client Services Officer should have:

- A relevant degree in finance, business, commerce or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or accounting principles.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
