About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking 3 Casual Personal Care Workers for our Little Mountain Aged Care. This role will see you working within our 96 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff – typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.

Our ideal candidate is

Essential:

- Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a certificate 3 in individual Support or Aged Care
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights –Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

- Previous experience in the Aged Care Sector
- Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
