What you will do

- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document treatment for a diverse caseload within the Personality Disorder Community Service.

- Provide tailored occupational therapy interventions to support individuals in achieving their personal and clinical goals.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive care planning and delivery.

- Take part in team meetings and contribute insights based on your observations and assessments.

- Maintain and enhance professional standards while delivering quality care.

Requirements

- HCPC registration is essential.

- Valid driver’s license for travel between locations as required in the role.
