We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our Primary School team in a full‑time, ongoing position commencing on the 1 st January 2026. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, engaging learning environment that supports the growth and development of young children through innovative, age‑appropriate curriculum. You will demonstrate strong teaching expertise, collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of Early Childhood frameworks and standards, contributing to continual improvement and excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Demonstrate enthusiasm and expertise in Early Childhood education, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

- Build strong professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to promote collaboration and inclusion.

- Apply comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Standards, Early Years Framework, and Western Australian Curriculum to enhance teaching programs.

- Collaborate with colleagues to improve student outcomes through reflection, data analysis, and continual professional growth.

- Exhibit proven teaching effectiveness aligned with AITSL Professional Standards and a commitment to ongoing improvement and team development.

- Encourage curriculum and assessment that reflects servant‑heartedness, Biblical truths with positive impacts, through sustainability for all God has created.

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be an active member of a Christian Church.

- Accept and align with the Association’s Statement of Faith, Foundational Statements of belief, and educational objectives.

- Provide a brief overview of prior experience highlighting relevant qualifications, skills and accomplishments that align with the responsibilities of the role.

- Experience teaching in the early childhood years, and a thorough understanding of curriculum, assessment, and quality assurance within the Australian Curriculum and SCSA systems, with proven effectiveness benchmarked against the AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers.

- Current Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) registration and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Desirable:

- Proven evidence of modelling, coaching and promotion of innovative classroom strategies to maximise student learning.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
