At Guardian Angels OSHC, we provide before school, after school, and vacation care for up to 165 children. We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic educators who are passionate about helping primary school‑aged children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

In Your Role As An OSHC Educator, You Will:

- Provide nurturing care and ensure a safe, welcoming environment

- Create fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

- Work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for children and families

- Feel inspired to come to work and make a real difference in children’s lives

Job Requirements:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential

- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

- A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment

- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire

- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
