Candidates will predominately be working from the 'Lucas' Ballarat display home location but must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations upon request.

Your working week is traditionally Saturday - Wednesday although it may change due to the dynamic sales environment.

Your training and development will involve working alongside experienced New Home Advisors. You will be supported by industry professionals while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process, industry specifics, and technical details that contribute to our success.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisors.
2. Working closely with New Home Advisors to support their activities while learning about the sales process, display centre operations, and business rules.
3. Maintaining high standards of presentation at Metricon's display centres.
4. Executing prescribed display meet/greet requirements professionally.
5. Providing top-quality home demonstrations to customers.
6. Qualifying leads, managing activity, and setting prospect appointments.
7. Delivering exceptional customer service to exceed expectations.
8. Supporting sales administration and documentation activities.
9. Liaising with customers regarding sales queries.
