We’re on the lookout for dedicated Labourerswho are ready to take the next step in their construction careers. These are permanent, full-time positions working across a variety of civil construction projects in a supportive team environment where you’ll be trained, challenged, and given room to grow.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll support a range of civil construction activities including:

- Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
- Assisting tradespeople across multiple work scopes
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

What We’re Looking For

- Previous labouring or construction experience
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn
- Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
- Extra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonus
