The Role

We're hiring casual HR-licensed drivers to join our Fernvale-based agitator fleet, delivering pre-mixed concrete and assisting with site duties.

Agitator experience is not required – full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

- Deliver concrete to client sites, managing slump levels and discharging concrete
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are met
- Complete basic delivery documentation and maintain positive customer relationships
- Keep vehicle clean and assist with general plant duties and housekeeping

What you will need to succeed

- Current HR licence and White Card
- Prioritise safety and work effectively as part of a supportive team
- Customer service skills and flexibility to assist with various duties
- Concrete industry experience is valued, but full training will be provided
