.Forklift Operator page is loaded## Forklift Operatorlocations: Karawatha Queenslandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R68218**About the role*** This vacancy is for a Forklift Driver to join our Operations in Karawatha on Brisbane’s South Side* This is a Full time, Permanent role* Overtime is available and will be offered on a need by need basis* The successful applicant will be rostered on our PM Shift and be eligible for a Shift Allowance (17.5% Shift Allowance)* Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely* Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight* Picking and preparing runs for following day* Palletizing freight for travel where required* Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.* Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.* Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process* Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to.* Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently.* Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.* Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required.**What you’ll bring*** You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)* You will be able to work as part of a team* You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required* You must have Full Rights to work in Australia* You will have a high attention towards Safety#LI-DNI#LI-DNP**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
