CDC Charter is looking for reliable and friendly Charter Bus Drivers and School Bus Drivers to join our team on the Central Coast, operating from our Halloran depot. You’ll deliver charter services locally and have the opportunity to service locations outside the Central Coast.
We have a variety of shifts available to suit your experience, lifestyle, and availability, including Casual or Permanent Part-Time (PPT) positions.
As a Charter Driver, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering premium charter services to our customers, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, reliable, and friendly transport services to the local community
- Carry out pre-departure checks and report mechanical defects
- Drive safely and efficiently, prioritising passenger comfort
- Identify, address, and report unsafe conditions, practices, or behaviors in the workplace
- Keep up-to-date with road laws and company policies
- Accurately complete records, including daily journals, time sheets, customer loading data, fuel, and charter logs
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR or HR)
- NSW Bus Driver Authority
- Working with Children Check
- Current RMS driving history
- Knowledge of Work Health & Safety practices
- Good local knowledge of the Central Coast
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, proactive approach and professional presentation
- Flexibility for split shifts
- Australian working rights
