Someone who puts excellence, compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.Reporting to the National Director of Formation & Purpose, the **Formation & Purpose Lead VIC** will be the driver of cultural connection for St Vincent's in Victoria. This role puts you at the heart of our organisation, tasked with implementing the powerful national formation strategy across our entire Victorian ecosystem - from corporate teams to hospital, aged care, and home care staff.Leveraging your expertise in formation and preferably clinical settings, you will partner with diverse leaders and teams to proactively identify their deepest needs and co-design high-impact interventions. You will then bring these programs to life, overseeing their delivery and rigorous evaluation. Crucially, you will also steward the spirit of St Vincent's by taking ownership of the events, programs, and rituals that express our Catholic identity.
