About the role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money and while they go after their goals, you can too. The Product Owner – Customer Interactions maximises the value of systems and tools in the Product and Services area. They set the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for customer interaction platforms. This role sits within Enablement but operates at an Enterprise level. The Product Owner collaborates with internal tech teams and external service partners to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Day to day, you'll:
- Develop the product's vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlogs in alignment with business strategy and objectives to maximize the value delivered.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners and Senior Management to align and achieve overarching strategies and priorities.
- Design and deliver frameworks and processes to support product enhancements, upgrades, change objectives, and production support, coordinating with teams across ART.
- Provide stakeholders with product expertise and industry knowledge, staying informed about technological and competitive developments.
- Lead the quantification of value for effective prioritization and benefit assessment, including reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive AI strategies to support platform enhancements aimed at optimization, scalability, and product insights.
- Offer subject matter expertise to analyze, measure, and improve complex business problems.

About you

- Demonstrated experience in a Product Ownership role.
- Demonstrated experience in change delivery leadership.
- Proven experience working within a high performing and collaborative agile team.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing business analysis and change management strategies and frameworks.
- Strong, proven business acumen and the ability to deliver value through well understood and articulated requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of business modelling, process improvement and organisational design methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic execution, problem-solving and breaking down complex concepts to deliver change.
- Proven communication and influencing skills operating at multiple levels in an organisation with the ability to present both orally and in writing according to the audience needs.
- Strong relationship management skills at all levels within the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups, including C-suite.
- Proven ability to quantify value through data analysis and assessment of optimal solution design to meet multiple stakeholder needs.
