We/'re currently searching for a skilled and highly motivated Kindergarten Enrolment Officer to join our organisation in a part time capacity.

About the Opportunity

The position will be responsible for coordinating the Central Enrolment process for families seeking to enrol their children in participating kindergartens within the Mildura Rural City Council. The successful applicant will be required to work 126 hours within a four-week work cycle.

What you will bring

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Education and Care (or related field) or extensive relevant experience in Children/'s Services Administration.
- Extensive experience in administration, computer operation and database management.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines such as Privacy and Health Records Act, Education and Care Act and Kindergarten Guide.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.

Salary and conditions

The position is classified within Band 5 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $39.34 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
